Introducing Our PAVERS + Maintenance Program: Simple, Effective, and Affordable

Keep Your Pavers Looking Their Best — Without the Hassle
Your hardscape deserves to stay as stunning and durable as the day it was sealed. That’s why we created the PAVERS+ Maintenance Program — a straightforward, stress-free way to protect your investment with two simple options tailored to your surface’s needs: Pro Wash and Elite Wash N Seal.

Maintaining Your Sealed Surfaces: Pro Wash vs. Elite Wash N Seal
Once your pavers are professionally sealed, regular maintenance is the key to long-term performance and curb appeal. Our two-tiered maintenance program is designed to care for your surfaces at the right intervals so you never have to worry.

🌟 Pro Wash Maintenance Package
Ideal for Year 1 – Clean, Protect, Inspect

Performed approximately 12–13 months after your initial sealing, Pro Wash is your first step in long-term care. At this stage, your sealer is still active, but a thorough cleaning and preventative treatment will keep your pavers looking fresh and functioning flawlessly.

What’s Included:

Professional Pressure Cleaning – We remove built-up dirt, grime, and organic debris.

Weed & Mold Inhibitor Application – Stops growth before it starts.

Full Visual Inspection – We assess the entire surface to ensure everything is holding up as expected.

No Downtime – Surfaces are safe for foot and vehicle traffic immediately after service.

Pro Wash is a cost-effective way to keep your pavers in great shape while extending the life of your original seal.

🛡️ Elite Wash N Seal Maintenance Package
Recommended for Year 2 and every two years thereafter – Restore, Re-seal, Renew

Around the two-year mark, it’s time for a more comprehensive service. The Elite Wash N Seal goes beyond cleaning — it refreshes and re-seals your pavers for continued beauty and protection.

What’s Included:

Pressure Cleaning – Deep-cleaning to remove dirt, grime, and organic buildup.

Weed & Mold Inhibitor – Keeps pavers clean and healthy.

Joint Sand Touch-Ups – We refill any washed-out joints for improved stability and finish.

Heavy Coat of Sealer – A thick, penetrating layer enhances protection and rejuvenates the look of your surface.

Complete Visual Inspection – We check every detail to ensure peak performance.

The Elite Wash N Seal Package is the best way to restore your pavers’ original beauty and extend their lifespan for years to come.

💡 Which Package Is Right for You?
Pro Wash is perfect if your sealed surface is still looking great after the first year and just needs a refresh.

Elite Wash N Seal is the better choice if it’s been two years or more — or if you’re noticing fading, worn joints, or dullness.

Still unsure? We’re happy to inspect your pavers and recommend the best fit for your situation.
