New Pavers and Pavers that have been previously sealed within the past couple of years 
Soft washing is the best method for cleaning brand new, delicate, or sealed pavers to avoid damage. Direct pressure washing can harm new pavers, while sealed pavers only have surface grime that can be safely removed with soft washing. This gentle method ensures that your pavers remain in pristine condition without causing any harm. Surface Cleaning Pavers That Are Mildly Dirty
Surface cleaning is a process that involves pressure washing and treating the top layer of pavers to remove algae, lichen, dirt, and grime. Surface Cleaning cleans the top face of the pavers. One thing to beware of with surface cleaning, the cleaning process will remove some sand from the joints which will require re-sanding the joints. Keep in mind if your pavers were not sealed or have lost some of the previous sealing application, you will have had loss of joint sand before your paver wash.

Deep Cleaning Pavers
Our paver deep cleaning process involves pressure washing the joints to remove grime and vegetation down to the roots. A strong chemical treatment is then applied to absorb deep into the paver pores and joints, killing any remaining growth. With this process it is required that we re-sand the pavers.
