General FAQ
Currently we accept Cash, Zelle or Credit/debit through Venmo. If you choose credit/debit as your payment method there is a 3% processing fee added to the payment. All exterior house washing services require FULL PAYMENT at time of completion of work. If you are not going to be home then FULL PAYMENT would need to be pre-paid before we begin services. This does not apply to Paver Sealing Project where 50% deposit is required the first day on the job and the full balance is due at the time of final sealer coat applied. Sorry we do not accept checks and we do not bill for our services.
Soft washing is a low-pressure cleaning method used to safely clean exterior surfaces of homes and other structures. It utilizes a specialized cleaning solution, often a mix of bleach, surfactant, and water, applied at low pressure to remove organic growth like algae, mildew, and mold. Soft washing is ideal for delicate surfaces that could be damaged by high-pressure washing.

The black streaks are a result of oxidation, a chemical reaction between the aluminum in your gutters and runoff from your roof, especially asphalt shingles. While these stripes may get lighter they typically do not come off without being hand brushed with a specialized cleaning solution for the remove of what is called "TIGER STRIPES" This is an additional fee above and beyond the cost of house washing for the Restoration Service.
The exterior of your windows is soaped and rinsed during our house washing process. However, we do not squeegee or dry them by hand. We suggest having your windows professionally wash after house soft washing.

Paver Sealing FAQ
In Florida, sealing isn’t just cosmetic—it’s preventative maintenance that helps protect against the climate’s unique challenges. It can save you money in repairs, keep your pavers looking great, and make outdoor upkeep much easier.
Yes, re-sanding paver joints is often necessary, especially before sealing or cleaning pavers. Here's why:
1. Stability
Joint sand locks the pavers in place, preventing shifting or uneven surfaces.
Without enough sand, pavers can move or settle over time.
2. Weed and Ant Prevention
Properly filled joints make it harder for weeds to grow and ants to burrow.
3. Helps Sealer Work Properly
If you’re applying a joint-stabilizing sealer, you need enough sand in the joints for it to bind and harden properly.
4. Drainage and Longevity
The sand helps with proper water flow and drainage, reducing erosion of the base layer underneath the pavers.
In Florida, the joint sand between pavers can wash out or deteriorate faster than in other climates due to a combination of weather, insects, and plant growth.
If your paver joint sand washes out, it can lead to a chain of problems that get worse over time—both structurally and aesthetically.
⚠️ 1. Paver Movement and Shifting
Joint sand locks pavers in place. Without it, pavers can:
Shift, wobble, or sink
Become uneven (creating trip hazards)
Lose their pattern or alignment over time
🌱 2. Weed Growth
Empty joints trap dirt and organic material, making it easy for weeds, moss, and grass to grow.
Florida's humid climate accelerates this process.
🐜 3. Ant Infestations
Washed-out joints are prime spots for sugar ants and other burrowing insects.
Ants can dig deeper tunnels, further disturbing the base layer under your pavers.
💧 4. Water Infiltration and Erosion
Without joint sand, rainwater flows between the pavers, eroding the base material underneath.
This can cause:
Sunken areas or depressions
Pooling water or poor drainage
Long-term foundation damage
🧱 5. Structural Instability
The longer sand is missing, the more the base layer erodes.
Over time, this can lead to partial collapse of sections of your patio, driveway, or walkway—requiring expensive repairs or reinstallation.
🧽 6. Harder to Maintain
Dirt and debris settle more easily in open joints.
It becomes harder to sweep, clean, or pressure wash without making things worse.
🧩 7. Shorter Lifespan of Your Pavers
All these issues reduce the lifespan and durability of your installation.
You may need early repairs or a full reset if not addressed soon.
Exact Pressure, LLC does not guarantee complete protection against weed growth or insect infestations. While our sealing services and joint sand help increase resistance to these issues, they are not designed to be a definitive, standalone solution for prevention. Sealed pavers can significantly reduce the likelihood of such but they cannot entirely eliminate them. This is not covered by our warranty.
Every 2–3 years, depending on wear and weather
We have a specific warranty for paver sealing which can be found at PAVER SEALING WARRANTY.
